Heather is a magician. She walks in and the dog instantly knows who the boss is and changes his behaviour. Heather has helped us immensely to understand our puppy, his requirements, our body language and how to combine it all into a happy relationship. She taught us all the basics and showed us how to tweak things we didn’t even think about, to get the behaviour we wanted from our puppy. All with a healthy dose of humour and a lot of patience. Heather is so lovely and knowledgeable, we are so grateful to have found her! Dexter is 2 years old and we have been struggling with recall and getting him to focus whenever we are out of the house. However, after just 2 sessions with Heather I can not believe the change in him. We have enjoyed a lovely training walk together today, Dexter was really focussed and responding to cues even with distractions of other dogs. Heather is absolutely lovely and obviously passionate about what she does. I already feel more confident in what I need to do and am looking forward to seeing what Dexter and I can achieve together in our future sessions with Heather.
